Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At Al-Uloom, we strive to provide the best learning experience. We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel your enrollment. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for our tuition classes.
2. Tuition Class Refunds
Our tuition classes operate on a class-based billing system. When you enroll, you pay for a set number of classes based on your chosen pricing plan.
✅ Refundable
- If you cancel your enrollment, the fees for upcoming (not yet taken) classes will be refunded.
- The refund amount is calculated as: (Number of remaining classes) × (Price per class).
❌ Non-Refundable
- Fees for classes that have already been taken/conducted are non-refundable.
- In group (non-individual) classes, a class is considered "taken" once the tutor has conducted the session — even if the student did not attend. This is because the tutor's time and resources were allocated for the class.
- In individual classes, a class is considered "taken" once it has been conducted.
3. How to Cancel & Request a Refund
To cancel your enrollment and request a refund:
- Contact us at abdullakbukhari@gmail.com or call +91 92077 67376 with your registered name and enrollment details.
- Our team will review your enrollment and calculate the refund amount based on the number of remaining (untaken) classes.
- Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

* Timelines are approximate and depend on the payment provider. In rare cases, it may take up to 15 business days.
5. Exceptions & Special Cases
- If a class was cancelled by Al-Uloom (e.g., tutor unavailability), it will not count as a "taken" class and the fee for that session remains with you or is refunded.
- In case of technical issues on our end that prevented you from attending a class, we will either reschedule the class or adjust the billing accordingly.
- Refund requests must be raised within 30 days of the payment date. Requests after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Scenarios Where Refund Is Not Applicable
- Student did not attend a group class that was conducted as scheduled (the class is considered "taken").
- Student was removed from the platform due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Free courses or promotional enrollments at zero cost.
7. Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an error in your payment or refund, please contact us within 15 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
